My take on the supermoon lunar eclipse from a night hike up to Mt. Sugarloaf. The moon eclipse from atop the mountain was cool enough, but what struck me was the clarity of the Milky Way and stars when the passing was happening.

At the finish of a beautiful Saturday morning trail half marathon + (14.06 miles) that zigzagged through switch backs and up mountains and spread out through the desert, all while a fleet of hot air balloons glided above us.

It's the annual time of year - school is back in session, summer is slowly turning to fall, and our little campus community is bustling once again with fresh faced students.
