Have definitely encountered my fair share of situations and otherwise in traveling around the world, and luckily 90% of experiences have been good! However, this article takes me right back to backpacking around Morocco with another female friend in early 2012 (as Arab Spring was taking flight) and having to evade some sort of conflict nearly every day and eventually the worst situation possible - a near kidnapping...
